Car problems resulted in us returning to Melbourne for repairs which took over 4 weeks and after setting out again the automatic transmission failed.
As a result we are now driving around Port Augusta in a hire vehicle courtesy of the RACV.
We have been taking day trips from here, riding our bikes around the Port Augusta bike paths and enjoying a peaceful time reading and relaxing.
